Senior CXE Engineer
CaylentCore Responsibilities
Build AI-native self-service using Amazon Connect AI agents and Amazon Bedrock. Engineer prompts and tool-calling integrations at production scale, and optimize inference cost and latency. Build contact flows that integrate AI agents and implement Amazon Connect Cases and Tasks solutions. Collaborate with customer engineering teams and contribute to architecture decisions within your workstream.
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 2+ years building on Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS platforms. Strong skills in Amazon Connect, conversational and generative AI, and proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and Python. Experience with AWS serverless engineering and infrastructure as code using AWS CDK or Terraform.
