Coordinate the technical development of the project. Identify and characterize relevant stakeholders. Analyze institutional relationships and governance mechanisms. Prepare actor maps and strategic analysis. Formulate improvement proposals for management and institutional coordination.
Requirements
Professional or technical degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration, Meteorology, Hydrology, Climate Sciences, or related field. Proven experience in water resource management, public policy analysis, or stakeholder mapping. Proficiency in GIS tools or data visualization. Knowledge of environmental systems and conflict resolution.
