Core Responsibilities

Consolidate a unique performance indicator framework for CX/Operations, eliminating discrepancies between data sources. Automate the publication of dashboards and maintain an updated metrics dictionary. Generate strategic analyses with actionable recommendations for process optimization. Support volume allocation decisions between BPOs and renegotiate SLAs. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance improvements.

Requirements

Experience in building and maintaining business indicators autonomously. Advanced knowledge of SQL in high-volume environments. Strong executive communication skills for analysis presentations. Experience with Python (Pandas/NumPy) or PySpark. Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
