What You'll Do
Own the technical direction for Me@Walmart Global Platform (International). Author and evolve the Me@Walmart International Platform strategy, covering integration surface and multi-market rollout patterns. Drive cross-market platform adoption and parity, and partner with market Engineering Managers on rollout plans. Coach Staff engineers and publish engineering artifacts that document platform decisions.
What We're Looking For
9+ years total software engineering experience, with at least 3 years at Staff, Principal, or Distinguished level. Experience with mobile platform SDKs and deep hands-on with native mobile and cross-platform technologies. Proven track record of leading multi-market rollouts and coaching Staff engineers to promotion.
