FSP Contract Specialist

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites. Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters and contractual processes. Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks, providing recommendations for contract negotiations. Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 2-5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation. Good understanding of contract law and business principles. Effective communication skills in English and local language.
