Paid Media Associate (Hybrid)

Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine Clara’s strategic roadmap and translate long-term goals into actionable workstreams. Manage high-stakes communications with investors and prepare materials for board meetings and fundraising rounds. Audit and optimize internal processes to ensure peak efficiency for the leadership team. Lead special projects, including market research and geographic expansion.

Proven experience in a strategic role within a high-growth fintech, startup, or top-tier financial services firm. Working proficiency in English and Portuguese. Strong understanding of investor relations and financial modeling. Experience managing complex projects using tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Hubspot.
