Sr CRA (Level I) - FSP

Monitors investigator sites with a risk-based monitoring approach, applying root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance. Conducts monitoring tasks according to the approved monitoring plan and provides trial status updates to the Clinical Team Manager. Participates in investigator meetings and ensures trial close out and retrieval of trial materials.

Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or Registered Nursing certification. Minimum of 3 years of on-site clinical monitoring experience and 2 years as the lead Clinical Research Associate on Oncology and/or Hematology clinical trials.
