Support the management of labor relations associated with engineering services in mining projects. Ensure compliance with labor requirements of contracts and provide support in personnel management. Collaborate with various teams involved in project execution to contribute to the development of required activities and meet established objectives.

At least 7 years of specific experience in labor relations within mining projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field. Desirable training includes a diploma in Labor Law. Must have a Class B driver's license.
