Monitor key metrics to achieve expected results, including operational effectiveness and timely execution of processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high customer service standards. Process entries accurately and ensure timely billing for clients. Participate actively in meetings and respond to emails professionally.

Bachelor's degree in Customs or Foreign Trade or equivalent education and experience. Experience in Mexican customs clearance preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software, including Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in English (60%+) and Spanish.
