Execute the hourly plan according to the defined weekly planning, ensuring the optimization of all backlog orders. Support operations by generating work waves for the outbound team, ensuring operational efficiency. Analyze deviations from the plan and operational indicators to enable proactive decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with analysis and control of operational indicators. Availability to work on-site in Guarulhos from Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility for afternoon and night shifts.
