Develop and implement institutional, behavioral, process, and integration training for internal and external teams. Measure the quality of knowledge acquisition and analyze results to improve training materials. Distribute and monitor team activities, set goals, and track area results. Implement metrics and management dashboards to analyze training outcomes and key performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced knowledge of audiovisual creation tools and data control tools such as Sheets, Big Query, Data Studio, and SQL is a plus. Experience in technical operational training, leadership, and using data for strategic analysis.
