Responsible for planning, reviewing, and configuring complex parameters in the CyberFinancial system and predictive dialer. Monitor daily system operations to ensure correct contract distribution among integrated advisory services. Conduct advanced diagnostics of flow issues and provide level 2 technical support.

Proven experience with CyberFinancial system administration and configuration. Strong knowledge in debt portfolio management and negotiation rules. Advanced analytical skills using SQL and spreadsheets, with a solid understanding of APIs and system integrations.
