Core Responsibilities

Manage export cargo inquiries and bookings via email and telephone while coordinating cross-functionally to handle equipment and space availability. Responsibilities also include invoicing additional shipment charges and promoting the use of online tools.

Requirements

Candidates must have customer service experience and proficiency in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of international cargo movement and US regulatory transportation requirements is preferred.
