Core Responsibilities

The specialist will re-engage a database of leads through calls, texts, and emails to identify opportunities and qualify them based on motivation and timeline. They are responsible for booking high-quality appointments for agents and maintaining precise records within the CRM.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience as an SDR or inside sales professional supporting U.S. businesses. Fluency in both English (C1-C2) and Spanish is mandatory, along with the ability to work on-site in San Isidro, Lima.
