This role involves owning the end-to-end accounting lifecycle for LATAM subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local GAAP/IFRS and US GAAP, and managing monthly/quarterly close cycles with audit-ready precision. The associate will also partner with local tax advisors on compliance and act as the primary contact for external audits.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3+ years in Strategic Finance or Corporate Accounting, preferably in high-growth startups or Big 4 firms, and possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with professional certifications like CPA being valued. Success requires regional expertise across multiple LATAM jurisdictions, robust experience with NetSuite, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
