Define and execute strategies for transaction monitoring and security aimed at detecting and preventing suspicious activities, fraud attempts, cyberattacks, and regulatory non-compliance. Supervise and optimize monitoring systems and detection rules, coordinate incident management, and lead the monitoring team.

Proven experience in fraud monitoring, compliance, banking security, and risk management. Experience in supervising and analyzing fraud alerts, identifying illicit behavior patterns, and managing fraud and security incidents. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Communication, or related fields.
