Lead, accompany, and develop a team of Brand Ambassadors in the field. Monitor daily and weekly performance indicators such as CR, BAF, iBAF, and cross-selling. Identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement; implement corrective actions promptly. Train and provide continuous feedback to strengthen team skills and results.
What We're Looking For
Completed high school diploma. At least 1 to 2 years of experience leading operational, commercial, or sales teams, preferably in the field. Experience in face-to-face sales and customer service. Basic English proficiency.
