Support Lead Recruiters in North America by conducting market research and sourcing channel assessments. Manage the end-to-end offer process, ensuring compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations. Collaborate with Lead Recruiters by participating in intake meetings and validating job requirements. Monitor operational SLA metrics and recommend improvements to standardize Talent Acquisition practices.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or Recruitment Coordination within a multinational environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Proficiency in English (B2 level) and strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
What We Offer
Hybrid work arrangement with a full-time indefinite contract. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
