SUPERVISOR(A) LOGISTICA FLORESTAL (Carregamento e Transporte de Madeira)

Supervise field operations, guiding teams in loading, transporting wood, and maintaining forest roads. Control operational performance and indicators, tracking productivity and fleet management. Manage contracts and logistics service providers, ensuring service levels are met. Develop and validate logistical planning, defining schedules and strategies for operations during rainy and dry periods.

Bachelor's degree required. Valid driver's license (category B). Solid experience in logistics operations, forestry, transportation, or wood loading. Experience in people management and supervising operational fronts. Strong knowledge of operational performance indicators and cost management.
