Adopt a business-driven approach by understanding the area's OKRs and influencing people-related decision-making. Provide consultative support on organizational design and implement actions for talent development and succession planning. Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Proven work experience with generalist Human Resources responsibilities, preferably in a tech company. Demonstrated experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Hybrid work model combining remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration at the Mexico office twice a week.
