This role involves performing high-level administrative work while maintaining strict confidentiality, directly advancing departmental operations and objectives by providing skilled support to a large work group or specialized support, potentially directly supporting a director or senior director. Responsibilities include acting as an advocate for child protection, handling detailed electronic data entry, researching, drafting correspondence, scheduling major meetings, coordinating complex travel, and managing data reports.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in administrative tasks, calendar management, and team coordination, along with knowledge of inventory control and vendor management. Required skills include advanced verbal and written English, excellent communication, efficient time management, attention to detail, proactivity, service orientation, emotional intelligence, and proficiency with office software.
