Ejecutivo/a Hipotecario (Monterrey, Nuevo León)

Promote and disseminate individual mortgage loans from BBVA across different customer segments. Analyze, integrate, and control credit files, ensuring follow-up until the formalization of loans. Provide customer service and advice to open market clients, remote sales clients, real estate brokers, and housing developers.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, industrial relations, administration, or finance is desirable. Experience in mortgage banking as a credit originator and in sales, with knowledge of mortgage loans, real estate, and notarial procedures. Must have client follow-up skills and the ability to close sales.
