What You'll Do
Attend to all service requests for contracting, maintenance, post-sale, and operational needs of clients. Provide clients with the necessary operational support to ensure high-quality service and meet objectives. Guarantee client satisfaction by timely addressing their operational requests, installation, follow-up, and contracting of PyME products.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking products and 18 months in PyME products (preferably). Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas or related field (completed studies). Proficiency in financial statement analysis and simple credit analysis.
