Core Responsibilities

The Associate, Search will execute day-to-day paid search account management across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft, supporting campaign launches, optimizations, and maintenance. This includes pulling, analyzing, and interpreting performance reports to identify trends and proactively monitoring daily performance and budget pacing.

Requirements

Candidates need 1-2 years of experience in an agency or startup environment, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables, and strong attention to detail for data accuracy. A working knowledge of paid search platforms like Google Ads UI and core SEM metrics is also required.
