Responsibilities include facilitating high-stakes workshops, leading the creation of master Service Blueprints, designing unique strategies balancing UX with business efficiency, and communicating project scope and risks based on research findings.

Requirements

Candidates must be strategic, hands-on Lead Service Designers with C-Level experience, mastering ecosystem mapping and Service Blueprints through advanced research and Lean Service Design to transform complex processes into business efficiency. Essential qualifications include expertise in strategic research methods, data-driven diagnostics, proven ability to translate business metrics to design requirements, and proficiency in both Spanish and English.
