The role is responsible for ensuring benefits are clearly and completely present in the Benefits Hub and key application areas, directly contributing to benefit activation and consumption with real user and business impact. This includes guaranteeing correct display format, priority, and detailing terms and deadlines, while collaborating closely with UX and Technology teams.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience using data and artificial intelligence tools to define success metrics and track activation funnels, alongside managing stakeholders from multiple areas to align priorities. Required knowledge includes financial or loyalty products and translating complex business rules into simple in-app user experiences.
