Prospect and manage a portfolio of approximately 200 members, providing personalized service to identify suitable financial products. Conduct regular visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities, balancing digital and in-person interactions. Analyze portfolio data to propose appropriate financial strategies and ensure compliance with internal regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Commercial Management, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial sector managing product portfolios. Knowledge of financial products, cooperative legislation, and sales techniques. Anbima certification is mandatory.
