Associate Manager - HRBP

Present and model HR philosophy and policies to shape workplace culture. Provide policy interpretation guidance to employees and resolve employee relations issues through coaching and counseling. Assist with the planning and administration of Employee Orientations and document personnel actions for payroll. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead process optimization projects.

3–4 years of experience in HR functional areas such as HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, or Labor Relations. Advanced English proficiency is required. Proven ability to provide HR consulting and partner with operational and senior stakeholders. Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills are essential.
