Core Responsibilities

Own the outcome of the Occupational Health bet, setting the vision, priorities, and roadmap. Lead a small, single-threaded squad and your own commercial and operations team. Engage with HR and SST buyers weekly, sell initial deals, and design the operating model. Integrate AI into customer experience and back office processes to modernize the industry.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of managing health programs, ideally in occupational health and safety or adjacent fields. Proven experience as a founder or general manager with accountability for business growth. Track record of digitizing operations and leading change in process-heavy environments. Strong understanding of corporate health, benefits, or SST market dynamics.
