Provide real-time support to newly hired advisors in the operation. Conduct coaching sessions and feedback for new advisors. Transfer knowledge and best practices to new advisors. Ensure the success of advisors in their initial months by monitoring their key performance indicators.

Technologist or professional in finance, administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in collections roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Standard office environment provided. The position is primarily non-physical with intermittent periods of sitting or standing. Daily lifting is required, with 70% of the time spent supporting operations.
