
Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads Focus)

Key Responsibilities: Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Develop campaign strategies, audience segmentation, and targeting frameworks. Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CPA. Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, offers, and messaging. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling. Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on performance data. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ad copy, creative concepts, and campaign direction. Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates. Create performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Support creative production by providing data-driven feedback and testing insights. Ensure tracking accuracy, attribution integrity, and campaign measurement best practices. Stay current on Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at a mid-to-senior level. Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and paid acquisition. Demonstrated success improving ROAS and scaling advertising spend profitably. Experience with audience targeting, campaign structure, testing methodologies, and budget management. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations. Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands, products, or business units. Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager. Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Google Ads. E-commerce or lead generation experience. Experience with Shopify or online businesses. Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and CRO principles. Experience using AI tools to support campaign creation and optimization. Agency or multi-client experience.
