Core Responsibilities

Lead the product strategy for the acquisition, activation, and retention of Konfío's credit card. Drive growth through a data-centric roadmap and product-led marketing experiments to maximize conversion and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

Requires at least 4 years of Product Management experience, with 1-2 years specifically in credit cards or payment methods within Fintech or banking. Must be proficient in behavioral analytics tools and have a proven track record of executing growth experiments and advanced English skills.
