FSP Bench Contract Specialist

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites. Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters and contractual processes. Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks, providing recommendations for contract negotiations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Good understanding of contract law and business principles related to service agreements. Effective communication skills in English and local language.
