What You'll Do
Diagnose business needs and organizational challenges related to talent. Implement HR solutions in collaboration with COEs, ensuring their effectiveness. Develop talent strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor results and adjust HR actions according to the operational context.
What We're Looking For
2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Business Partner roles, project implementation, talent management, and supporting leaders. Desirable experience in managing union relations.
