What You'll Do
Act as a Change Agent on the ground, leading the adoption of the C+ management system to drive cultural and operational transformation based on Lean Management. Accompany operational teams and high supervision in their journey towards excellence to support the application for the Shingo Recognition. Conduct personalized mentoring and coaching in the field for a maximum group of 10 operational and supervisory personnel to strengthen the adoption of required practices.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (any specialty) or Commercial Engineering is mandatory. At least 4 years of experience since graduation and a minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience in the practical implementation of Lean Management are required. Desired qualifications include a diploma or master's in Process Management, Operational Excellence, or related fields, and specialization or certification in Lean methodologies (Green/Black Belt).
