UPROSPECTWhat You'll Do
Administer and maintain the CRM, ensuring data hygiene and consistent use of sales stages. Build and maintain standard sales dashboards and reports, and support weekly and monthly pipeline and forecast reporting. Monitor pipeline health and document sales processes, while supporting the onboarding of new sales team members.
What We're Looking For
3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment. Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting, with high attention to detail.
