FBS Help Desk Analyst I

This role provides technical phone support for customers, conducting problem analysis for moderately complex incidents and coordinating resolution with internal IT groups or external vendors. The analyst services ID requests, grants access authority, and acts as the technical representative to customers.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least one year of help desk analyst experience with related technical knowledge. Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in IT support and troubleshooting, and entry-level experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
