Lead and execute the strategic planning of the agency, ensuring alignment with cooperative objectives. Manage local community development programs and maintain strategic partnerships. Monitor and analyze member satisfaction and quality of service across various channels.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree with specialization/MBA/postgraduate completed. Proven experience in team leadership and management. Advanced experience in business areas within financial institutions, and current ANBIMA certification: CPRO-R or CPRO-I.
