Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing the order fulfillment process from customer order placement through package or service receipt, which involves coordinating order collection, inventory tracking, delivery visibility, and billing creation. The individual will also participate in various assigned projects and perform other duties as requested by the Order Management Team Leader.

Requirements

Candidates must have studies in business administration, economics, finance, or related fields, or provable working experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Essential requirements include knowledge of SAP, data analysis ability, strong customer service skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly pivot tables and formulas.
