IT Quality Group Manager

Supports initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. Leads and directs a team of professionals in software quality assurance testing. Ensures the IT organization is defining and implementing its IT Quality control plans to meet business strategy and goals. Analyzes trends at an organizational level to improve processes and develops methods for IT Quality activities.

10+ years experience in an IT Quality role with commensurate experience in people management. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel. Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
