Manage and administer endpoint management tools, including MECM (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Windows Server. Execute software distribution, updates, and patches via MECM. Develop scripts for task automation and support routines. Monitor incidents and logs, identifying failures and proposing solutions.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in technical support and administration of Microsoft corporate environments. Advanced knowledge of MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server. Proficiency in PowerShell for automation scripting.
