What You'll Do
Lead the execution of the investment commercial strategy within the territory. Drive net growth, diversification, and retention of assets under management. Develop and strengthen the commercial and advisory capabilities of Premium Investment Advisors. Collaborate closely with territorial leaders and Wealth Management to ensure aligned execution with business priorities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas, Finance, or related fields. Valid AMIB Figure 3 certification and corresponding authorization from CNBV. Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, investments, or financial services. Experience leading high-performance commercial teams.
