Analista de Logística II - Melhoria Contínua | São José dos Pinhais - PR

Map and standardize operational flows (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping), creating and updating Playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different units. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement through data analysis from operational systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA EWM) integrated with GCP. Conduct continuous improvement workshops and A3/DMAIC projects focused on solving complex problems with local teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Logistics, Mechanical or related), Administration or Technology in Logistics. Proven experience in continuous improvement and Lean Logistics within large distribution centers or logistics operators. Proficiency in operational data analysis and performance indicator (KPI) construction.
