Core Responsibilities

The Turbo Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial growth of the Turbo operation by developing and implementing strategies to drive new partner acquisition, product portfolio expansion (SKUs), and revenue maximization. This involves designing the commercial strategy for the assigned market, identifying and onboarding key partners, and analyzing business metrics to ensure a profitable and scalable operation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in commercial, strategy, or business development roles, preferably within startups, tech companies, or retail, with a background as an ex-founder or in high-growth environments being a plus. Essential requirements include proven ability to lead complex negotiations, solid knowledge of financial and operational metrics (P&L, margins, KPIs), exceptional analytical skills, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.
