OB - Lead AI Engineer

Own the knowledge plane, including project conventions and reusable agent procedures. Build gates that read artifacts to verify actual outcomes rather than trusting agent accounts. Engineer containment with circuit breakers and manage intake and measurement of requests with a detailed evaluation harness.

10+ years in software engineering with deep CI/CD and platform experience. Strong engineering skills with a focus on security instincts and testing judgment. Hands-on experience with coding agents and excellent communication skills in English.
