Manage and integrate physical and electronic security teams. Daily management, reporting, and action plan generation related to physical security and loss generation. Analyze risks and causes of losses to prioritize work plans, resources, and investments. Drive and implement various continuous improvement initiatives in site processes, ensuring proper execution of action plans and follow-ups.

Bachelor's degree in security, engineering, criminology, forensic science, or related fields. Experience in managing security companies and administration of collaborators. Experience in electronic security and leading training and investigations is desirable. Availability to work rotating shifts. Knowledge of physical security standards.
