Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 5 years of experience in similar positions, with expertise in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning. Strong leadership experience with large teams and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
