Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn, focusing on lead generation. The specialist will also lead creative and post-click strategy and continuously test and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience building and optimizing campaigns on both Meta Ads and Google Ads, specifically those focused on lead generation. Preferred qualifications include experience with Google Ad Grants, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce or ClickFunnels, and basic video-editing skills.
