
Leasing Coordinator (Phone-Based)

Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with prospective residents. Conduct initial applicant screening and pre-qualification calls. Follow up with leads to schedule showings and collect required documentation. Support the end-to-end leasing process from initial inquiry through application submission, including move-in coordination. Coordinate move-in activities, including confirming documentation, timelines, and readiness. Assist with marketing vacant units across listing platforms. Update and maintain accurate records in LeadSimple and internal systems. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support related to leasing inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth applicant and move-in experience.
Requirements
Qualifications: Strong spoken and written English with a neutral or near-neutral accent. Proven comfort with high-volume phone work and outbound calling. Experience in leasing, property management, real estate support, or customer-facing roles. Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills. Ability to work reliably during PST business hours. Familiarity with Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail. Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience supporting U.S.-based property management companies. Experience using LeadSimple or similar CRM or property management tools. Background in leasing coordination, resident outreach, or sales-oriented roles.
