Advise leaders and Hiring Managers on attraction and selection strategies for Staff positions. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Staff and Executive positions in Central America. Analyze recruitment indicators and trends to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Design innovative recruitment strategies aligned with the needs of each position.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in Talent Attraction and 3+ years leading recruitment processes for operational and leadership positions. Advanced English proficiency (oral and written). Experience in talent mapping and people analytics.
